These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your booking, your payment, and your visit to \u6162\u6162\u9ed1\u81a0\u4ff1\u6a02\u90e8 Man Man Vinyl Club<\/strong> (“Man Man Vinyl Club”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a trading name of MANMAN BAKERY<\/strong> (Business Registration No. 202303036315 (RA0097144-P)). By making a booking, completing a payment, or entering our premises, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Please read them in full before you book.<\/p>\n All guests must be aged 14 and above<\/strong>. We may ask for identification, and we reserve the right to refuse entry where this requirement is not met. Guests under 18 remain the responsibility of the adult who made the booking.<\/p>\n Our space is designed as a quiet pocket to float in the music. These rules keep it that way and keep our records safe, so we ask every guest to follow them.<\/p>\n We reserve the right to refuse entry, or to end a session without refund, if these house rules are broken or if a guest behaves in a way that endangers our equipment, our staff, or the comfort of other guests.<\/p>\n In short: give us at least 48 hours<\/strong> notice before your start time. Within that window, rescheduling is free<\/strong> and a cancellation is refunded less an RM5 processing fee<\/strong>. Cancellations and rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours ahead, and no-shows, are strictly non-refundable. Full details, including a summary table and how refunds are paid out, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy<\/a>, which forms part of these Terms.<\/p>\n We occasionally photograph or film the space for our own social media and marketing. If you would prefer not to appear, simply let a member of our staff know and we will make sure you are not included.<\/p>\n Information you give us when booking is handled in line with our Privacy Policy<\/a> and the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010.<\/p>\n We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you make your booking is the version that applies to that booking. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.<\/p>\n These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.<\/p>\n Questions about these Terms?
